We're currently seeking an Operations Manager based in Yonkers, NY, to manage the day to day of our chauffeurs and operations. Join us and be part of a dynamic and growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the shift operations of chauffeurs, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable
- Ensure contract compliance
- Monitor and maintain the schedule of chauffeurs, ensuring adequate coverage and timely service.
- Monitor chauffeur performance, providing feedback, coaching, and training as necessary to maintain high service standards.
- Resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and fleet management, to optimize operations and resolve any issues.
- CDL with passenger endorsement
- at least 3 + years supervisory experience
- Dispatch experience, preferred
- Proficient use of technology systems such as MS office, LimoAnywhere, Samsara, Fleetio, preferred
- Must have great interpersonal skills
- Be able to handle stressful situations
