We're currently seeking an Operations Supervisor based in Yonkers, NY, to manage the day to day of our chauffeurs and operations.  Join us and be part of a dynamic and growing team!

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and manage the shift operations of chauffeurs, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the schedule of chauffeurs, ensuring adequate coverage and timely service.
  • Assign and dispatch chauffeurs to pick-up and drop-off locations
  • Monitor chauffeur performance, providing feedback, coaching, and training as necessary to maintain high service standards.
  • Resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and fleet management, to optimize operations and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

  • CDL with passenger endorsement
  • at least 1 + years supervisory experience
  • Must have great interpersonal skills 
  • Be able to handle stressful situations
